About

I’m a Helsinki based photographer originally from Kuopio, Finland.  I’m easy to get along and I also like kids and animals. I have high work ethics.

Right now I shoot mostly portraits, but also events like concerts and weddings. What it comes to topics, I’m fascinated by life in general, people and capturing the moment, the atmosphere. My goal is not to create beauty, but find the beauty, which already is.

Curriculum Vitae

Work and Education

2004–2005 Taideteollinen korkeakoulu, Helsinki. Minor in Art Education.

2006 Graduated from the Helsinki University. Major in Educational Sciences.

Currently working as a bilingual (English and Finnish) primary school teacher, art teacher and a freelance photographer in the metropolitan area. Member of Close-Up ry.

Voluntary Work

The investitures of Knights and Dames of the Imperial Order of Constantinus the Great and Saint Helen. Years 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Running the International Group and Persona (a club for portrait photography) at the Helsinki Camera Club. Years 2011 and 2012. Running the Club for Young Members in 2013.

Charity shootings for an organization called Occupy Sandy on December 2013.
